Manoj wears multiple hats simultaneously & with ease. A qualified & competent technocrat, management & law professional, Manoj has worked with some of the world’s largest & complex organizations. During his professional journey of three decades, he has enjoyed the privilege of establishing several businesses from scratch, was actively engaged in several cross-border multibillion-dollar merger & acquisition deals and successfully implemented integration process.

Manoj is an authority on socio techno economic spectrum of natural resources and energy sector and regularly contributes on multiple industry forum and regulatory bodies.

A technocrat by qualification, Romesh has invested 28 years with global Fortune 100 companies before venturing into entrepreneurial journey. He has actively contributed in establishing, scaling & transforming several businesses in infrastructure & energy sector. He has vast techno-commercial business management experience including establishing cross country cross culture business entities and multibillion-dollar merger & acquisition deals and has nurtured the ability to simultaneously see through a telescope on one eye & microscope on the other, without getting headache.

Sanoj is a qualified and practising Company Secretary. Prior to starting his independent practice, he was working with a leading infrastructure company providing regulatory & secretarial services.
